Master Chef and Executive Director Rhonda Bishop whipped up a dazzling array of appetizers and main courses for Christmas Eve at the Center. Guests were treated to tapenade on dill crackers, salmon salad zucchini rolls, cranberry glazed smoked sausage bites, baked potato rounds with pimento and a soup course of turkey posole! If that wasn’t enough, there were donated cakes and pies to round out the meal.
Knitters and crochet artists from around the Valley created enough hats and scarves to keep everyone warm during winter months.
To all who volunteered and donated, a very big THANKS!
